Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items requested for return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Items must be in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

The restocking fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs associated with returned merchandise.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Items returned after the 14-day return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos clearly showing the issue

We will review the request and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus the applicable restocking fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
