Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MelanHeir is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating your package.
