 Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for MelanHeir™ store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like another size, color, or style, you may return an eligible item for store credit and place a new order.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Depending on the items in your order, your purchase may arrive in more than one shipment. If this happens, tracking information will be provided as each shipment becomes available.

 Sizing may vary slightly between styles. We recommend reviewing the Size Guide on each product page before placing your order to find your best fit.

Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, new releases, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will vary depending on your destination and selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

 Yes. Once tracking becomes available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your shipment.
